The Bags looked great and the printing was wonderful. I am only giving 4 stars because the bags were supposed to have side gussets to allow for the bag to be larger. When we originally communicating before purchasing they showed me a bag with side gussets or pleats and asked if we liked it. I told them we did and wanted our bag like that one. They made us a bag without the side gussets. Now we can't put as much product in the bag as we had planned. Would be nice if they would communicate it bit better showing exactly the bag style they will be printing. Don't show a bag style that you aren't going to do but ask if we like the bag. But we will do business again because I believe next time they will do it right. Despite the bag style being wrong the bags do look very good. We will be making more soon.
